1. Introduction

Welcome to the Puggle IT Mentorship Platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a mentee in our mentorship program. By purchasing a course and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Course Purchase and Payment

2.1 Course Fees

Access to mentorship courses requires payment of the course fee displayed at checkout. Course fees are one-time purchases and are not refundable once course access has been granted, except where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

2.2 Course Access

After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course through the mentorship portal, including learning materials, tasks, and mentor support for the duration of the program.

2.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. You will receive a receipt via email from both Flutterwave and Puggle IT upon successful payment. All payment information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

3. Tasks, Assignments, and Learning

3.1 Task Assignment

Tasks will be assigned to you by your mentor(s) or through the platform. Each task comes with specific requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria. It is your responsibility to review and understand each task before beginning work.

3.2 Task Completion Requirements

  • Time Frame: Each task must be completed within the specified deadline.
  • Minimum Completion Time: Tasks require a minimum of 2 hours of work before submission. Tasks completed too quickly may be flagged for review.
  • Maximum Completion Time: Tasks must be completed within 7 days from the start date unless otherwise stated.
  • Quality Standards: Tasks must meet the quality standards set by your mentor. Incomplete or substandard work will not be approved.

3.3 Task Submission and Review Process

  1. Complete the Task: Work on the task until you have completed all requirements and subtasks.
  2. Submit Evidence: Submit proof of completion, which may include GitHub pull requests, deployed project links, screenshots, or other evidence requested by your mentor.
  3. Mentor Review: Your mentor will review your submission and either approve it or request corrections before resubmission.

4. Academic Integrity and Conduct

To maintain fairness and program quality, the following rules apply:

  • Submit only your own work and provide accurate evidence of completion
  • Do not attempt to manipulate deadlines, reviews, or platform systems
  • Maintain professional communication with mentors and peers
  • Comply with all platform rules and applicable laws

Violations may result in rejected submissions, suspension of course access, or account termination without refund.

5. Mentee Responsibilities

As a mentee, you are responsible for:

  • Completing tasks within the specified timeframes and quality standards
  • Providing accurate and verifiable evidence of task completion
  • Maintaining honest and professional conduct throughout the program
  • Communicating with your mentor(s) regarding task progress and any challenges
  • Complying with all platform rules and terms of service

6. Platform Rights and Modifications

Puggle IT reserves the right to:

  • Modify course content, task requirements, or deadlines with reasonable notice
  • Reject or require resubmission of tasks that do not meet quality standards
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Update these terms and conditions with notice to mentees
  • Investigate and take action on suspected misconduct

7. Limitation of Liability

Puggle IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the mentorship program. While we strive to provide quality training and support, we do not guarantee specific employment, certification, or career outcomes.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a course and participating in the Puggle IT Mentorship Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with payment or enrollment.
