This Privacy Policy describes how Puggle IT ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website and services, including our mentorship platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Profile Data: phone, title, biography, avatar, and optional social links (website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, YouTube) stored in the `users` collection.
  • Mentorship Data: tasks, meetings, mentor relationships, messages, and related metadata stored in Firestore collections such as `tasks`, `meetings`, `menteeMentors`/`mentorMentees`, and `messages`.
  • Payment-Related Data: limited transaction records such as amount, currency, payment status, payment method, description, and transaction reference. Sensitive payment details (such as card numbers or bank credentials) are not stored on our servers and are processed securely by third-party payment processors, including Flutterwave.

  • Mentorship Participants: Certain profile information is shared between mentees and mentors to enable the program (e.g., name, role, and relevant mentorship data).
  • Legal & Safety: We may disclose information to comply with laws, regulations, or valid legal requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
